If you went online and found a coupon for an online retailer, you might want to call or email customer service to see if the coupon or code can be used for in-store shopping instead.
Of course if the coupon is for free shipping, it wouldn't make sense to use it at the mall. If it's for a discount, you may be able to use it in-store. It never hurts to ask. Keep in mind however, that retailers are not obligated to honor Internet coupons.
